AMP Bank announces that Travis Hall has joined as National Sales Manager, Broker Distribution.
Travis will lead AMP Bank’s BDM team, overseeing relationships with brokers, advisers and aggregators to support lending and deposit growth. He will join the team led by Paul Herbert, AMP Bank’s Head of Lending and Everyday Banking Distribution.
Travis has more than 30 years’ experience in the banking and franchising industries, having served most recently as Head of Franchise Distribution at Yellow Brick Road (YBR).
He’s previously led distribution teams at Tatts Group, Refund Home Loans, GE Money, Terrain Home Loans and Westpac, through which he’s established strong and trusted relationships in the broking industry.
Paul Herbert, AMP Bank’s Head of Lending and Everyday Banking Distribution, said:
“We're delighted to have Travis join the team given his deep knowledge and understanding of what brokers and their customers need, particularly given our ongoing focus on partnering with brokers and small businesses.
“His 30+ years’ experience in the financial services and franchising industries, and the trusted relationships he’s established over many years will greatly benefit our business, those we partner with and ultimately our customers.”
Travis Hall, AMP Bank’s National Sales Manager, Broker Distribution, added:
“I’m thrilled to be joining AMP Bank – a team clearly committed to working in close partnership with brokers to deliver the best possible experiences for their clients. This is evident through the bank’s recent partnerships with Simpology and MSA, which will transform its loan origination process.
“I’m also excited by AMP Bank’s broader focus on supporting Australia’s small business owners where there is undoubtedly an opportunity for better finance and banking solutions which help them operate their businesses more efficiently and profitably.”
Travis’ appointment follows AMP Bank’s recently announced partnerships with Simpology and MSA National. AMP Bank’s new digital small business and consumer bank, utilising Engine by Starling technology, is also on track for launch in 1Q 2025.
