The transformation of the CBD gateway at Circular Quay continues with the official opening of Quay Quarter Lanes, a 3,600 square metre lifestyle and retail precinct that will breathe life back into one of Sydney’s most historic precincts.

Comprising 21 retail tenancies and 104 luxury residential apartments, Quay Quarter Lanes forms part of Quay Quarter Sydney, an 11,000 square metre precinct developed by AMP Capital and jointly owned by AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF) and the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF).

Commenting on completion of Quay Quarter Lanes, AMP Capital Global Head of Real Estate, Kylie O’Connor said the precinct continues to transform the Sydney CBD by bringing together workers, residents and visitors.

Quay Quarter Lanes comprises three new residential and retail buildings designed by architects SJB, Silvester Fuller, Studio Bright and ASPECT Studios along with two historic wool stores – Hinchcliff House and Gallipoli Memorial Club that have been completely refurbished by Carter Williamson and the Lippman Partnership.

Opening next month is Bubble Nini, About Smiles Dental and Rose & Co florist, joining existing retailers Bouillon l'Entrecote, Adora Handmade Chocolates, Humble Bakery, Besuto, Omakase, Londres 126, Tribe Lifestyle Hair, Side Room, Bar Mammoni, Zini Contemporary Gelateria, Marrickville Pork Roll, The Men’s Grooming in addition to Grana Bakery, basement bar Apollonia and restaurants Grana, and Lana.

Quay Quarter Tower, the landmark 50-storey premium grade office building at 50 Bridge Street has just been completed offering 89,000 square metres of world-class, highly sustainable commercial office space that will be home to Deloitte, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, AMP, EQT, Johnson Winter & Slattery in addition to flexible workspace to be managed in a joint venture with The Work Project. Quay Quarter Tower has achieved 89% leasing pre-commitment.
